There is not

business resource council (APRC) at The Northern Trust Company. Elissa founded the APRC
in June 2008 with a small group of eager young professionals in the Chicago office. Just
over 2 years later, Elissa has built the Council into a large global and visible
resource within the company. Elissa is excellent at delegating responsibilities while
remaining responsive and supportive to the partners she works with. She is extremely
