There is not enough positive things I can say about Elissa. I had the utmost pleasure of working with her at Northern Trust and truly a great honor. As an intern I reported to Elissa for three summers and then when I was hired full-time she served as a mentor. Elissa was very dedicated to her position and loyal to the company. I have had the pleasure of working with Elissa on the executive board of the young professionals business resource council (APRC) at The Northern Trust Company. Elissa founded the APRC in June 2008 with a small group of eager young professionals in the Chicago office. Just over 2 years later, Elissa has built the Council into a large global and visible resource within the company.
